TAYLOR LOCAL USERS GROUP PROCESS Do you have an interest in rafting or boating downstream the Taylor or Gunnison River? Or, do you like to boat the flatwater of Taylor Reservoir? Are you interested in serving as a representative for the Taylor Local Users Group? Each year, the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District (UGRWCD) seeks input and direction from the Taylor Local Users Group (TLUG) which is composed of appointed local water users of the Taylor River, Taylor Park Reservoir and the main stem of the Gunnison River above Blue Mesa. The UGRWCD Board is seeking to appoint two citizen members to two-year terms representing: (1) Rating/Boating interests along the Taylor or Gunnison River and (2) Flatwater Boating Interests. All applicants must be residents within the UGRWCD and experienced and knowledgeable about river conditions along the Taylor and Gunnison Rivers.
