LWVGV was chartered in 1978 and has been serving the Gunnison Valley ever since by studying local issues, presenting voter information to the citizens, and making democracy work. We incorporated as a Colorado nonprofit in 2016.
The League of Women Voters encourages informed and active participation in government and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
