Patti combines her passion for beautiful mountain properties with a natural talent for connecting people and resources in the community. A proud Georgia Bulldog, she graduated with honors from UGA and moved to Gunnison County in the Spring of 2011. Her love for the outdoors began in the Appalachian Mountains as a child and ultimately drew her to the close-knit community she now calls home. Patti brings clients' dreams to life by creating a positive and engaging experience. She enjoys rafting in the spring runoff and exploring Colorado’s vast open spaces with her family.
